Minimum Age Requirement

By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bdt45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual below the minimum age will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited without exception.

Geographic Eligibility

bdt45 is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. By using the Platform you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of bdt45 is lawful under the laws applicable to you. bdt45 makes no representations or warranties as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

Single Account Policy

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt45 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. bdt45 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS or phone call. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify bdt45 support immediately so that the account can be secured.

Sports Betting Markets

Prohibited Activities Include

• Using another person's account, identity or payment method without their explicit consent
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering

Suspension by bdt45

bdt45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bdt45 reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or prohibited purposes; (c) the player has provided false or misleading information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In the event of a justified account closure, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Closure by Player

Players may request to close their bdt45 account at any time by contacting bdt45 customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Self-exclusion requests will be processed with priority and the account will be locked immediately upon confirmation.
